Once payment is made, eSIMs are non-refundable — including eSIMs that have not yet been activated or installed. Please confirm your device compatibility and the plan you select before purchasing.
Why are all sales final?
eSIMs are digital goods. Once payment is confirmed, your eSIM allocation is provisioned with the carrier instantly and the QR code is emailed to you immediately. Because the allocation is consumed the moment it is provisioned and cannot be reclaimed or resold, all eSIM orders are non-refundable once paid.
Before You Buy
- ✓Confirm your device supports eSIM (dial *#06# to check for an EID, or see our Compatible Devices page)
- ✓Confirm the destination, data amount and validity match your trip
- ✓If you have any questions about a plan, contact support via WhatsApp or email before purchasing
